Spooky Brownies

This fun Betty Crocker recipe (that I also found on Gourmet Mom on the Go) is a fun way to spookify your regular brownies:

You make your favorite brownie recipe (on bake yourself up a box of Betty Crocker brownie mix) and when they have cooled, you top them with a marshmallow, cover them with frosting that you have melted in the microwave (and colored appropriately) and decorate! The ghosts would be extremely easy! And the idea could also very easily be used to decorate cupcakes too!

You can get the step by step directions to make these fun treats here.

They have little miniature Fall Baking and Halloween Baking cookbooks in the $1 spot at Target. One of them has those little brownies on the cover. There are a lot of cute (and easy) recipes in them!
