ABC Pancakes

I wish I would have found these before the first day of school:


Or at least come up with the idea myself! She used the same technique that Kendra used for the tie pancakes in this post. Well, almost the same technique. Kendra used a mustard bottle (the kind you buy empty) and Jackie used a Turkey baster.

I am seeing some BOO pancakes in my future!

Fun! I do something like this with my kids. I "draw" the letter backwards (so when you flip it it's the right way) and let it cook for about 10 seconds, then pour batter over top of it so it is a circle like regular pancakes. Then when you flip it over, it is still a normal shaped pancake, but has the child's initial on it! My kids LOVE this.
